The exteriors of this Mallorcan house are charming and very spacious, they have a fantastic chlorine pool measuring 11 x 5m, and 1.40 to 2.00m deep, with an outdoor shower, and surrounded by a large grass area where you can sunbathe or play with the little ones in the family. For them, it is possible to install a protective fence around the pool if they wish. To enjoy unforgettable evenings accompanied by your loved ones, an exquisite dinner and a glass of wine perhaps, they have two fully furnished porches, one unique next to the pool and another equipped with a rustic barbecue and a built-in wood oven. The house has two floors with large rooms and decorated in a very simple and functional way. In total, they have five bedrooms with wardrobes and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room open to the dining room, ideal for watching a movie or the series you like most on satellite television, and a kitchen equipped with gas and all the essential utensils. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes away by car, be sure to visit its majestic cathedral. The barbecue wood oven cannot be used.
